Pizza rolls.
Instead of just throwing them in the microwave, I got semi-fancy and cooked them in the oven instead. With just the extra little bit of effort (425 degrees for 10 minutes), my pizza rolls ended up with a crispy, golden brown shell. Then I sprinkled some dried oregano and crushed pepper flakes on top.
And for dessert, I mixed in crumbled oreos with mint chocolate chip ice cream.
It was a very simple dinner, very minimalist, but it was actually kind of filling. I was surprised.
