General Tso's Chicken. The ultimate microcosm of Chinese-American dining. About the only way this dish could become any more Westernized is if they put a slice of bologna on top and had it served to you by the Marlboro Man himself. But food-elitism aside, it was good, as it almost always is; General Tso is nothing if not consistent.
