A clear-broth soup with cellophane noodles (they're a thin, transparent Chinese noodle made from one kind of starch or another), pieces of lean pork, thinly sliced ginger, and a lot of freshly cracked black pepper, with green onions and cilantro as garnish.
It's so good, especially when eaten while still piping hot. The heat of the soup and the pungency of the ginger really clear up the sinuses. It's perfect for whenever it's cold out (which is never), or if you're sick or have a headache. I'll probably be having leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
