Went to Joe's Crab Shack and had fried calamari as an appetizer (decent, but not crispy enough); glazed salmon with pineapple pico de gallo and rice and steamed veggies as my entree (really good, no complaints); then picked off my aunt's platter of fish and chips, crab cakes, and onion rings (also good, but all that fried food really weighed me down).
And hanging up cargo nets and anchors and other stupid, kitschy nautical stuff like that obviously doesn't make a seafood restaurant seem any more authentic, but at least it gives you random stuff to look at on your way to bathroom.
