What I Had For Dinner 5/5/08

I sauteed some mixed veggies: onions, broccoli, yellow & green zucchini, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and baby spinach.

I always like cooking this because it's so fresh and light and clean-tasting. There's nothing too rich, nothing to weigh you down. It's all about the freshness of the vegetables.
